Features
LS119 can enhance the coloration of colored polyolefin products.Because of its macromolecular structure, it is suitable for all fields requiring low volatility and high resistance to migration.
LS 119 exhibits significant synergistic effects when used in combination with various light stabilizers and UV absorbers:
Use in combination with low molecular weight HALS: Such as LS 770, UV 3853
Use in combination with other high molecular weight HALS: Especially with LS 622, producing synergistic enhancement
Use in combination with UV absorbers: When used with suitable UV absorbers, it provides excellent protection against issues such as gloss loss, cracking, blistering, delamination, and discoloration
Performance Evaluation: When used with appropriate stabilizers, it can effectively prevent problems such as yellowing, gloss loss, cracking, and chalking.
Applications
Light Stabilizer LS 119 is useful for the light stabilization of polyolefins, particularly polypropylene fibers and polyethylene-based agricultural films.
It can also be used for the light stabilization of styrenic polymers (ABS, ASA), polyamides (especially fibers), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), polyacetal, and powder coatings.
