Antioxidants AO-626

Antioxidant 626 is a high-performance phosphite ester secondary antioxidant, chemically known as bis(2,4-di-tert-butylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. As an upgraded product of Antioxidant 168, it offers excellent anti-yellowing properties, high transparency, and low volatility. Typically used in combination with hindered phenolic primary antioxidants (e.g., Antioxidant 1010), it generates a significant synergistic effect, providing polymers with outstanding resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation during processing and effectively preventing discoloration of polymer materials during high-temperature processing.

Good Compatibility: Exhibits excellent compatibility with most polymers while also providing certain light-stabilizing properties.

Antioxidant AO626 can be used in polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers. It can also be used in other polymers such as engineering plastics, styrene homo- and copolymers, polyurethanes, elastomers, adhesives and other organic substrates.
