Antioxidants AO-1010

Antioxidant 1010 is a high molecular weight, multifunctional hindered phenolic antioxidant. It has stable chemical properties and offers significant advantages such as low volatility, good extraction resistance, high thermal stability, low migration, no discoloration, and no pollution. As one of the most widely used antioxidant varieties in the world, it effectively extends the service life of polymer materials.

Antioxidant AO 1010 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility. It is odorless and tasteless.

High Antioxidant Efficiency: Antioxidant 1010 effectively prevents thermo-oxidative degradation of polymer materials during long-term aging, significantly extending the service life of products.

Processing Stability: It exhibits excellent stability during high-temperature processing, effectively improving the material's yellowing resistance and preventing thermal degradation during processing.

Good Compatibility: It has good compatibility with most polyolefins, engineering plastics, and synthetic rubbers, with low migration and no blooming.

Synergistic Effect: When used in combination with co-stabilizers (such as Antioxidant 168, DLTP, and other phosphite and sulfur-containing antioxidants), it produces an excellent synergistic effect, achieving double the protection.

High Safety: Extremely low toxicity, odorless, and complies with hygiene standards for food packaging materials (suitable for food contact applications).

Antioxidant AO 1010 can be applied in polyolefins, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene and olefin copolymers such as ethylene-vinylacetate copolymers. Also, its use is recommended for the processing of polymers such as polyacetals, polyamides and polyurethanes, polyesters, PVC, styrene homo- and copolymers, ABS, elastomers such as butyl rubber (IIR), SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as other synthetic rubbers, adhesives, natural and synthetic tackifier resins, and other organic substrates.
