Optical Brightening masterbatch (fluorescent brightener masterbatch). Fluorescent whitening agent OB-1 masterbatch is a granular additive made by pre-dispersing high-efficiency OB-1 powder into a carrier resin. It is mainly used to solve the problems of yellowing and dullness in plastic products, achieving whitening, brightening, and color-enhancing effects in one step.
The whitening masterbatch has the functions of whitening, brightening, and removing yellow-green light.

Core Components & Carrier
Active Ingredient: Fluorescent whitening agent OB-1 (C.I. 393), chemical name: Distyrylbiphenyl bisbenzoxazole.
Product Form: Yellow-green regular plastic pellets. Compared to powder form, it offers the advantages of being dust-free, easy to disperse, and non-caking, making it more environmentally friendly and easier for production operations.
Carrier Selection: Commercially available masterbatches typically use PET (for polyester-based applications) or PE / general-purpose grades as carriers. Customization based on the customer's substrate is also available.
Active Content: Typically 1% - 5%, or customizable upon request.

Package & Storage
Packing adopts compound woven bag or coated paper woven bag, inner packaging compound packaging bag, net weight 25kg. Should be stored in dry, ventilated place, storage period of 6 months, avoid the sun and rain.
