Plastic Defoaming Masterbatch
Plastic defoaming masterbatch, also known as moisture-absorbing masterbatch, water-absorbing masterbatch, or drying masterbatch, is called Desiccant Masterbatch in English.
It is a functional masterbatch specifically developed to solve quality problems such as bubbles, cloud marks, cracks, and spots in plastic products caused by moisture content in the raw materials during processing.
This masterbatch appears as off-white or white pellets. Its main components are active adsorption materials such as calcium oxide or metal oxides, combined with carrier resin, dispersants, coupling agents, and other additives, produced through mixing and pelletizing in a twin-screw extruder. Its core working principle is: during the high-temperature extrusion process, the active ingredients react with and absorb trace amounts of moisture in the plastic melt, thereby eliminating bubbles and surface defects.

Application
Plastic Defoaming Masterbatches is widely used in film products, bag products, sheet products and injection molded products, etc.
Operating Steps
Mix the plastic defoaming masterbatch directly with the moist plastic raw material until uniform, then proceed with the product processing and production. No drying treatment is required.

Package & Storage
Packing adopts compound woven bag or coated paper woven bag, inner packaging compound packaging bag, net weight 25kg. Should be stored in dry, ventilated place, storage period of 6 months, avoid the sun and rain.
